Orpheulia Davis, RN, MSN, BMTCN, has earned Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Informatics from Walden University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Christian University (TCU). She is a recipient of the Frist Humanitarian Award in 2017; a published author of three (3) BMT articles with posters presented at related conferences and has assisted in several others.

In addition to advising, Orpheulia Davis is a BMT Quality Manager responsible for emphasizing data excellence, maintaining current accreditations, executing process improvements, and building teams that provide critical quality surveillance for the hospital and the patients we serve. She is a passionate servant leader striving to provide safe passage through the continuum of care with my daily objectives in quality.

Founder & President

LaToya Rivers-Azanga, MBA, FACHE, CLSSBB, CHDA a sustainability enthusiast who supports operations, financial efficiency, resource utilization, & quality improvement for complex organizational models. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified process improvement expert with a niche in root cause, data, and gap analysis, complemented with visual management, and business intelligence, she has change management facilitation proficiency. Passionate about public health, wellness, and supporting teams aiming to gain greater outreach. Also, LaToya enjoys spending time with family, exploring the world, cooking, yoga, sports, reading, music, and discussing all things community-based.

Olanethia Dianna Bell,

MHA, LSSGB, COO

O. Dianna Bell has her Masters in Healthcare Administration and her BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology, as well as the credits for a BA in Philosophy from the University of Arizona. Dianna Bell has over 20 years of experience in healthcare advancing both qualitative and quantitative research in academia, with non-profits and healthcare systems. Having a passion for effective use of resources in order to benefit the most, she has garnered her comprehensive understanding of program management and quality improvement methodologies to facilitate effective operational successes. She has managed a diverse portfolio of clinical research ushering in institutional processes that facilitated performance improvements and optimized practice operations and integrity.
Dianna has been a valuable contributor and resource in both the healthcare and clinical research ecosystems. She looks forward to continuing in this capacity as a founding partner in a consulting firm focused on aiding community-based clinical research sites and investigators with operational services, cultivating partnerships, as the future of healthcare and clinical research broadens its scope to be more inclusive.

Dr. Britney Scott,

MD, LSSBB

Dr. Britney Scott, an expert in the intersection of DEI and process improvement, has devoted her life to improving healthcare equity and inclusivity through means that align with overall business goals. With a BS in Biology from Oakwood University, an MD from Howard University College of Medicine, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from IASSC, a Certificate in D&I through the HRCI, and real-world experience as CEO of her own Healthcare DEI Process Improvement Firm, The Clinic Doctor, she helps companies create the company culture of their dreams. Additionally, Dr. Scott’s commitment to creating equitable environments can be heard through her podcast, The DEI Disrupters, and seen through her work as a faculty lecturer for the Leadership Development to Advance Equity in Health Care course at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. In this course, she teaches leaders from top companies worldwide how to turn their DEI ideas into action and communicate the value of their important work for the broader business structure to understand via dollars, data, and moral dogmas. On top of all this, Dr. Scott is a proud second-generation Jamaican-American with a penchant for being on the dance floor, eating delicious food, writing and performing slam poetry, and playing violin—all passions that fuel her dedication to designing more equitable systems in healthcare.

Gloria ozbek,

Gloria is an expert in finding opportunities and coming up with solutions that bring great value to a business. She is passionate about learning new technology, advancing her skills, and loves to solve problems of any complexity level. Gloria’s domain expertise is healthcare, finance, and telecommunications. Her experience in an Agile environment lends to her proficiency in automation, API, database, functional, regression, and Integration testing.
She has effective communication skills with development teams and clients and understands customer requirements proficiently. and developing the entire automation framework from scratch. Monitors adherence to technical specifications. Efficient in developing innovative processes. Working with Gloria will improve the overall performance of the team through the use of various tools, including support for automation testing. Her advice guides leaders to deliver quality cost-effectively.
